Titan Motors is honestly the best place to buy a used car in Windsor. The customer service is amazing, the prices are fair, and you wont regret it. I had a few small problems with my car and when I brought the car back to the dealership Sam the owner took care of the problems without any questions being asked. Purchased a 2016 Ford Focus a few weeks ago from Sam at Titan motors for my son and couldn’t be happier. The car was in amazing shape and had extremely low kilometres.The whole process was haste free and he was super nice to deal with. I had a small issue with a headlight taking in moisture (no fault to him since it was already a new part) and after letting him know he told me to come in and he replaced both headlights with brand new ones. He had a set of winter tires and rims in his shop that he let us have for no charge. He walked my son through all the options that the vehicle had and spent the time to answer all his questions.Highly recommend dealing with Sam if your looking for a used vehicle!
