Our window blew out while driving through BC. I called east end auto body, and they told us to come in even though they did not have the window to our old truck in stock. They wrapped our window and vacuumed all the glass free of charge. So impressed with the service-Definitely 5 star! Thank you so much!

Amazing service, Had a body panel replaced and painted, and exterior detailing. They even did my interior, truck looks brand new. Extremely professional job and very reasonably priced. Derek helped me and i will be going back there in the spring to have them do quarter panel and finish my truck restoration. Top notch, highly recommend to everyone.

Derek, Sharon and the crew really know how to take care of their customers. They’re incredibly efficient and we’re able to manage almost everything via email. They did a great job fixing up my car and did an amazing detailing job before I picked it up. They really go the extra mile with the details. Can’t recommend them enough!

Took my car in to get detailed before selling it. I got it back with the glove box busted. I contacted them 3 times about it, even brought it back for them to look at and each time they said they would get back to me but never did. Pretty disappointed with their service and the fact I had to knock some $ of my selling price for a broken part.

The owner was very attentive and nice when I was there in person, but the communication over the phone was not satisfactory.I was told that I can pick up a rental car from the shop while my truck got repaired, but every day they told me that there are now cars available yet and they would call me the next day/later in the day when to pick up the rental car. I allways had to call and ended up not getting a rental Car at all.This was espacially bad since I came from Vancouver to Revelstoke and I was counting on the rental for my mobility!That said, in person the owner was very nice and took time for my car related qustions
