Reliable, efficient service. I call in when I need to reorder my bottles and they arrive on the next delivery date to my area. One little thing is that they replace all the empties they take away regardless of the number of bottles I requested. Some weeks I need more than others. Also winter time is when I travel so I need less bottles and must make room for them inside the house.

The office I work in has been using their water delivery service for about a year and a half and they have been late delivering their water on almost a monthly basis. We've had to call them more than a hand-full of times as reminder to even get our delivery. Sometimes we go a week without water which is incredibly inconsistent and annoying to deal with. I would not recommend Culligan.

Where we live it's hard to find a business that would first, come out, and secondly, come out without an extreme service charge to come out. When I called Culligan I was quite surprised that they did deliver in our area and was even more surprised with the delivery charge. I kept asking are you sure and was reassured that that was it. That alone sold us. Being our first order, we are happy with the service. I'm sure we'll have no complaints. It's nice knowing we won't run short of water.

We had a soft water system installed recently, Chad answered all our questions and did a great job with the presentation of the differences between the hard water we had, and the soft water they would be installing. Chad and the install team did a great job! I would recommend!

Came to test my water, I went from 185- 6 with the reverse osmosis built in drinking system! We also bought a water softener that has made our families hair and skin ultra smooth! We love knowing our water is clean and has minimal particles!Staff was friendly and install was QUICK! Highly recommended to everyone!

This is Janet Bridge Tulloch. Bill and I had a Culligan drinking water system installed in our kitchen last week. I love it! Chad was our Water Consultant. He was informative, polite and provided great customer service. Something that is not always common in this day and age. The gentleman who installed the system was also polite. I will not hesitate to tell others how pleased I am with my clean drinking water. Thank you Chad.
