I go here often.. food quality is not bad, service is okay. However one thing that really bothers me is that every time I ask for my burgers to be made fresh, the Asian lady taking order on drive-through always need to check and the answer is always it is fresh, we just made it.. and clearly few times it wasn't fresh. Why is this such a hard thing for staff here?? I am paying for the food and should be able to get my food freshly made when I am willing to wait pulled aside. Feel like I am causing them such an inconvenience, not happy at all about this.

Fresh burger not that warm. Took too long for order to be completed. First burger sat on the counter for 5 minutes while they took another order, I asked for a fresh burger since it was cold and the fresh burger was not that warm either. Service was not good, they tried but need more training.

Used the drive through, so not much for atmosphere! Had the breakfast bacon and egg croissant sandwich, which was good. Real bacon and realnegg, which is nice. Croissant bun not quite as flaky as I'd like, and a tiny bit greasy, but decent enough. The seasoned potato wedges are AWESOME!!!

Food is always fresh and delicious! Fast service and very convenient location. The drive through is a bit tricky to get into if you come from the costco side, and the building is shared with Tim Horton's.

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went for breakfast and the food was amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Par***t is one of the servers who take care their customers pretty well. Thanks

Fastest drivethru you'll ever go through. Meals are hit or miss. They often have food ready so fast because they've got food sitting in the warmer. On more than one occasion I've gotten chicken sandwiches where the chicken tastes chewy and dry, as if it's been sitting in the warmer for 2 hours. To be honest, I'd be totally 100% fine with waiting an extra 2 minutes for fresh food. Owner, take notes on how triple O's is. Look how busy they get. Everything is made to order, and I'd gladly wait 10 mins in a drivethru to get their food fresh. I know you're in a different segment, but you can still crack down on the warmer times. Should be 10-15 mins absolute tops.

This is a Wendy's, Tim Hortons combination. It's pretty average. The Wendy's doesn't leave any napkins or straws out. You have to ask for them. It's kinda strange. There is lots of seating, and both restaurants are quite clean.
