There sneaker care products are amazing! Cleaning them is much easy now and protecting them from water/dirt.

Their products are simply amazing and do as advertised. The cleaning and protection products for both my summer and winter footwear do as they should and extend the life of my valuable shoes/boots. I had to contact customer service once to inquire about a product. They were very professional and listened when I explained my needs then advised on the proper product. I highly recommend this company and it's products.

ZERO STARS. This is what happened when I called for help, for the first & only time ever: Marketing Director, Maral Nalbandian, at extension 299, answered. I was calling about one single product (not a case full of same type product) that I was unsatisfied with, and her shockingly unprofessional handling of the situation included: being extremely rude right from the start, interrupting & cutting me off before I could finish sentences; speaking with a condescending manner; insinuating that I was a whining liar, which she then escalated to outright accusing me of trying to take advantage of her; and finally, trying to hang up on me. She fired off each round with lightning speed too, to get rid of me asap.This was all because of me calmly asking about returning this one and only product- which she not only refused as above, but in the same breath, she directed me to try returning this USED product to any store- which would be taking advantage of the store! I called her out for being a total hypocrite, since the store can't re-sell used product, and it's not their fault for M&B's poor quality of product. So she just switched to repeating do the right thing

One of the most effective Canadian shoe care products. Their protex water repellent gives my boots excellent protection from snow and salt. I use it every winter and it works.

I bought a can of M & B's pro tex water + stain protector which I have purchased before and would definitely recommend for its great quality, reasonable price and value for my money. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Laura via a phone call and some emails when I had a variety of questions and some concerns re: cleaning, protecting and preserving a recently bought pair of men's dress shoes.
