This company came out to do our windows and we had asked them to do the basement first where we are because no one is living upstairs and we have dogs that we had to take from the house and we were getting organized to move in 2 days and they agreed that they would. We came back 3 hours later when they said the windows would be done and they ended up doing the upstairs and where just getting set up to do the basement. When I asked what happened I got a under the breath remark from 2 employees and they just walked away. They also didn’t take enough care of the exterior while installing and cracked the stucco on most window openings. Would not reccomend.

Ordered windows for my custom home in South Surrey. Was happy with sales person who came out and accurately measured the home in framing stage. Finished windows were delivered on time at my house 2 weeks later....
