My mother in law received a jacket as a gift for Christmas from my sister . Was told she had until the 15 th to return it . She went in yesterday and the lady working told her she was 1 day late to return the jacket that she would NOT take it back. She wasn’t offered in store credit or anything. My mother in law was told that it was the stores problem. Terrible service I will never shop at this store again. Be careful buying from this store .

Small business owners who go above and beyond to make shopping safe and comfortable can definitely take a page from the protocols and genuine warmth of the staff at the Crown and Fox.Sanitizer and masks are readily available, staff are welcoming, and the selection of items range from sassy and fun to classy and elegant.Much gratitude to the owner and all staff who have worked hard to provide a lovely, safe environment for customers especially during this pandemic.

I just stumbled upon this gem of a boutique today and all I can say is AMAZING! They are so friendly there and the products are awesome. So many cool little finds that would be perfect for gifts or stocking stuffers. Also the clothing is so nice and trendy! Definitely will be back to see what other goodies I can find!

Wonderful small town store! I have shopped here since Krystal and Roxanne opened the boutique! The staff offer suggestions if I have any questions and have really got to know me during the years. They have a wonderful selection of items offering everything from clothing to home items. Thank you for the exceptional knowledge, selection, and customer service!

Had a negative experiencing trying to exchange a gift that I received. I had the item, the gift receipt, and was within the 14 days. After asking my name and stating I’m not in their system (I had never shopped here before), I said I received it as a gift. They said they also needed the name of who made that purchase, I gave the name of the purchaser and they said nothing was in the system and refused to exchange the item despite me having the gift receipt. Unfortunately felt very unwelcome in their store, extremely negative first impression.

Lovely items and presentation in this store! I, like some of the other reviewers, felt unwelcome and like I was being watched the entire time I was browsing. I felt too uncomfortable to ask to try anything on and am in no rush to return.

Above and beyond customer service. I went in to purchase a coat -that I knew my girlfriend had been eyeballing- but the coat was completely sold out. Being a day before Christmas I started to walk out of the store with disappointment when one of the ladies asked me what size I was looking for. She had purchased herself the coat before and had the size I needed. Never worn and tags still on. I couldn’t believe it. She was willing to drive home and pick up the coat she had just so I could get my girlfriend the gift I knew she wanted. Crown and fox is an amazing business with absolutely wonderful ladies working there. If I could give it more than a five star rating I would. Thanks again to the lady who saved my Christmas. Your kindness truly shines.-D

Exchanging an item was not a pleasant experience. Owner was unpleasant and suggested I should have re gifted the item versus exchanging for a more appropriate item. The store and owner did not lose any money on the exchange but did lose a future customer.
