A realtor with Macdonald Realty was the listing agent on a house I purchased in 2019. I found out recently that the home was misrepresented on the Property Disclosure Statement and I was not given significant information about the property as required by law. I am shocked and disturbed by the unprofessional way it was handled subsequently.

Nicole Dumontier was the realtor on two of our family's properties. She was always professional while remaining approachable and friendly. She is definitely the go to realtor in Kelowna.

I was living in NYC when I decided to retire to Kelowna. Donna did a great job in alerting me to all the possibilities of a condimunium, a house or a townhome in all the different areas and price ranges within the Kelowna area. With her intimate knowledge of the city, she was able to provide a very clear picture of what I would be buying and the type of neighbourhood it was in, including all the amenities close by. I felt very comfortable making offers on a couple of places, albeit I had seen them on a brief visit to the city,and extremely happy when one was accepted. The purchase closed without a hitch thanks to Donna's invaluable help in recommending an inspection service, conveyance lawyer, insurance agent etc. I highly recommend using Donna for any real estate transaction you have in mind, she is the consummate professional.
