Went in to buy some wine bottles and ask about yeast for lagers. Not from this area and the guy would not answer any questions because i did not buy my kit from ho. Sorry you lost a customer for life.

Helpful, friendly staff. Small shop with a fair amount of inventory. Has allowed me to successfully make a few batches that turned out great! Wish they had larger hop and yeast variety though!

I'm a novice at home crafting which makes me a high-maintenance customer. The team here are patient (see high maintenance customer caveat), honest, and friendly. Knowledge of this hobby is personal to them, and it is shared amicably and openly with patience.No high pressure sales at all, but anything needed or wanted has been on hand.Today a batch important to me was saved by the team here.
