I had used LG Home Comfort 09 or 10 months ago so I knew they were good but last week, when my water heater sprang a leak, I called them and they responded immediately. Danny, the water heater installation tech, came out the next day. He was extremely personable, highly professional, and completely knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly. He double-checked everything as he finished and left me with a smile on my face. You will be lucky if you get Danny when it is your time. I highly recommend him and LG Home Comfort.

Our heating system stopped working. This company came out and gave me a quote right away. Our system was quite old so we decided to replace the system. They were competitively priced and professional. Their crew was courteous and started the job when they said they would, and finished promptly. I'm pleased with their work and would recommend them to a friend.

We recently returned from a vacation to find our water heater rumbling loudly whenever we used the hot water, indicating it was on its last legs. We called LG Home Comfort and they were able to have someone out within a day to do a full replacement. In addition, they fixed several issues related to the original installation and took time to teach us about the new heater, including how to do some common maintenance tasks. Shout out to them for a great job!

I had a great experience with LG Home Comfort. Our water heater at a rental property was just coming up on its expiration date and we wanted to replace it to ensure we didn't have emergency issues when it went out. The company was super quick to respond to set up an appointment and had tons of availability. They arrived on the day of, assessed the type of water heater that was needed, and grabbed the correct parts from their inventory. It was all corrected and back to functioning within a day. In researching similar replacements, the price they quoted was competitive and fit within our budget.

Met with the owner of LG Home Comfort last winter (I'm a bit late with this but whatever). I told him on the spot that businesses like his are rare in this day and age. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by. He went through the issues with the furnace and was careful to explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand. He shared the low and high costs of doing things. He even suggested how to hire other people to do certain parts of the work for less than he would charge. He fixed the issue and showed me how to correct it myself moving forward if the same thing happened again. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very happy with LG Home Comfort when they installed a new furnace. So I called them again when maintenance was needed. Once again they were on time, efficient, thorough, and friendly. The prices of the furnace and the maintenance were both reasonable.

Our furnace went out and LG Home Comfort came out the next day to take a look. The technician opened everything with me to troubleshoot it together and we found a lot of issues that an inspection from last year did not find. We decided to replace the whole system but we did not feel pressured to do so like other companies tend to do. Installation was professional and while it took a little longer than expected, the job was done correctly to include bringing an actual electrician and plumber out to do inspections and help with part of the installation. Behzad did a fantastic job on the installation.

We went to this Polar Winter Festival and we enjoyed it very much!It's a walk-thru outdoor festival located at the Bandshell Park at the Exhibition Place which has plenty of pay Green P Parking or TTC Bus or Street Cars or the Go Station, so you have many methods to come here.Other organizers uses Drive-Thru" as the method of showcasing their Christmas lights but Polar Winter Festival opted for the Walk-Thru and we enjoyed the Walk-Thru as it's good exercise

This was posted a month ago or so: They replaced our heater and our thermostat. I phoned because it was heating above the temperature it was set at. Their response was very timely. Arriving as promised within a couple of hours. Hamdan wore his mask & gloves. He explained the thermostat settings to me respectfully. He checked out the furnace to make sure there wasn't anything wrong even though it was obviously a user error.Efficient, thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, good follow-up after installation
