I have been here few times and blown away by very generous size of food portions. Also very delicious! Roop is an amazing host and very knowledgeable on recommending dishes. She's become almost like one of ours, always smiling, cracking jokes! All the staff are very friendly. I definitely recommend this place, more bang for your buck.

What an amazing restaurant! I’m still thinking about the yummy food I had. Soooo good!! Their portions are big and you can taste the good ingredients used for the dishes. I’m very picky about food and that place didn’t disappoint at all. The staff are friendly and the ambience is very pleasant. 5 stars!!

Glad I tried this place for my last Sunday breakfast and we went specially for Chole Bature. Chole Bature were full of spices and were delicious. We also ordered Pani Puri and Aloo Prantha. Our food came quickly and was very well presented. There is ongoing discussion about who serves best chole bature in calgary. I would rate chole bature of Guru India as one of the finest when it comes to taste and authenticity. Will definitely come back to enjoy their other food items.

we came here on a weeknight and it wasn’t busy, although there were other patrons dining already we were seated right away, no reservation..just a walk-in. no waiting. the welcome was warm, our server was friendly, our table was clean and over all the restaurant looked very presentable. we ordered what our server recommended. unfortunately we forgot to ask how big the servings were as the dishes were enough for a family. we didn’t realize this until our food started arriving and there was just the two of us eating. every dish was delicious we should’ve come here very hungry. we ended up packing most home and the dishes were still as delicious the day after. i would definitely recommend this restaurant and come back here again. thanks.

Such an amazing experience. One of the best fish fry i ever tasted. Murg Tandoori was tender, delicious and juicy. Ambience is wonderful.I found service to fast everything is perfect.

Great place with authentic Indian fine dining experience. Was in need of some real Indian food experience and they delivered it perfectly well. Friendly and courteous staff. Just a note to be cautious with the naans if you don’t eat eggs.

Roop was our server and she is so sweet, funny, and a hard worker! She made our dinner experience amazing, on top of the delicious food! Best Dahi Puris!
