Sean and the team were great. Helped install a wifi sprinkler contoller system and fixed my leaks.

I have for two homes and they have great. They go above and beyond there normal service to help me.

We have used The Rain Man for numerous years with no issues. This past year we received a verbal quote in regards to a spring opening as we were selling our home. The gentleman over the phone stated that the service would cost a couple hundred dollars. This was similar to previous amounts that we have paid in the years past. To our surprise we received an invoice of $971.08. This included $760 in labour, the hourly rate per technician being $95.00. Both myself and my wife reached out to Sean to discuss this matter. Sean seemed to be annoyed by our communication with him and simply stated numerous times that he will send this matter to collections. Unfortunately, the Rain Man took advantage of us during a busy time in which we were overseeing both our move and my parent's move during a pandemic. I would not consider using this firm without a written quote. Furthermore, I am not sure how ethical it is to do your own review to boost your google rating?Sean, your comments are inaccurate. We have issued a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to this issue.

they will use old parts that have been used before. The foreman Sean" will go through a good pack of cigerettes on your property while doing the job. As well as try to install anything he can uneccisary in most cases to add to your bill. After the install be prepared to pay $100/h per person to fix anything with the system not including parts. Lastly employs are using machinery and tools not trained for by any means. Very misleading leadership in the company.Reply pt2

We had problems with our sprinkler system which was installed by another company. We called Rain Man and they sent Sean who did an excellent job and fixed the problem. He was very efficient and provided great customer service. We will use this company for our future irrigation system needs.

Had some work done by The Rain Man in Orangeville. Overpaid for the system and had many service issues afterwards. After numerous calls to the Rain Man they would not even return our call! We had to call another reputable sprinkler company to fix all of the issues especially with the wiring.
