Decided to try this place on a whim when I was passing through Barrie and I am so glad I did! Not only were the cupcakes really delicious, but the staff was super kind to me and the store is really nicely presented. Will definitely be coming for more the next time I am in Barrie!!

Absolutely delicious! I was particularly impressed with the gluten free cupcakes! So hard to find gluten free desserts for my daughter that look and taste like the real thing…AND they did not cost anymore than the rest!

The cupcakes are absolutely delicious! I've ordered one off cupcakes, as well as a larger order for a corporate holiday party last year. Stopped by today and was super happy to see gluten free cupcakes on offer now. Would definitely recommend Cookies & Cupcakes by Design!
