Very bad experience. I was referred to this place by a towing guy after I had a car crash. Awful service, rude to customers and charged my credit card despite my insurance already having paid for the rental. Tried calling them several times to resolve the problem and they eventually stopped picking up my calls at all. Don’t use this service unless you want to be scammed out of several hundred dollars and berated by their rude staff.

I had the best experience so far in car rental from this company, especially thir office administrator Rashmeet with her pleasant welcome services, she made me go through zero stress from start to the end of our transaction. I recommend this company if you're looking for better service in GTA.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They are SCAMMERS. Don't believe these guys. They charged my card after I returned the car in the same condition. My insurance company fully payed for the rental but the rental company charged me. The people are very rude. Not trustworthy.

Tow truck guy referred us to rent a car here and they make you sign a contract that will scam you later when they bill you. Don't ever come here!
