Stopped into LIds at Sunridge today. There were 2 young men working, I didn't catch their names but they were amazing. We were greeted upon entering the store and then asked how they could help. We were able to find what we were looking for immediately. Another family came in, English wasn't their first language but they treated them exceptionally. This is the ideal situation, where service is always excellent, no matter if where you come from, how much money you have, or how you look. We will be loyal Lids customers for life!!!! The best staff ever.

The lady working at the store was absolutely rude and unhelpful. She definitely shouldn't be working in retail. Terrible experience. Btw, she was working at 5pm on Thursday night. Hope you can identify who it was and deal with her terrible attitude.

Went to this location on 2 separate occasions and was served by the miserable Ceileigh (cashier). Poor attitude and customer service both times. Hopefully management can address this issue of her spotty record as I have noticed by other reviewers. Will not return cause of this and also the selection is small compared to other locations.

I purchased a couple great new hats at this location. The clerk was friendly, professional and ran my purchase through quickly. I would recommend them. As a bonus their premium membership gave me 20% off my purchase.

Not bad selection for such a small store. My son and I were able to both find hats we liked and took advantage of the buy one get one half off deal.
