Worst haircut of my life! I Asked for a 2-3 inches off the bottom" and I ended up losing roughly 10 inches of length. It was so poorly done that walked out (though they made me pay first of course). I had to get it fixed by a different stylist at another salon. The person I went to at Chatters was surprised when my curly hair was shorter when dry than when wet and used this as an excuse for taking off so much length. You would think it would be common knowledge that hair (especially curly hair) gets shorter when its dry! The layers were terribly done and

My girls get treated so well here! My mother in law recommended it to us and we love it too! The cuts are always fresh and lovely and the experience is awesome. Friendly and lovely staff, as well as knowledgeable.

First time back in a salon chair, post covid-19, with Paige. I’ve been going to her for a couple of years and I can’t imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. She is an absolute gem!I usually get something very similar done each time, but today I feeling something a little different. I wasn’t a 100% sure what though, so asked her thoughts and ended up going with her suggestion. So happy I did, my hair looks gorgeous.If you’re looking for a sweet and friendly stylist, who is also super talented, book an appointment with Paige.

Felt really nervous about going to a new stylist after being with the same one for 15+ years. Worked with Amy and she was so fantastic! Very attentive to any of my hair concerns. Will continue going to her for haircuts and blowouts going forward. :)
