Had a pleasant experience with Kevin at Scoles Septic. They called a day before our appointment and reminded us to complete all the prerequisites so the actual septic cleaning goes smooth. Person who came to the site was very friendly and knowledgeable!

My parents used to use these guys with no issues, but this year we have called numerous times... Reception telling us to leave a voicemail and we have never had a call back. My parents prefer loyalty when they trust the work of a company, but this is ridiculous... I myself have left 3 messages in the last month. I guess they don't want business!
