Came and cleared a line, resulting in branch line clog. Called them back, to come with the camera. They showed up without a camera, they didnt clear branch line and said to call a plumber. Had to pay a plumber $400 more to clear a floor drain that stevens easily could have done on their 2nd visit.

awesome company, called today , was at the house within the hour and cleaned up. great company to deal with, prompt and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs any septic service done. I am writing this for my uncle, I can not thank you guys enough!!!

Great people great sevice and great customer experience i called them in a few weeks ago for a sewer issue they where at my house within 20 minute from the time i called on a saturday! In out within 30 min problem solve so we thought a month later issue come up again after a brief conversation with someone in senior management they told me to called the service back at no cost i called right away whithin the hour they where back at my house in grand bay and paul and is partner who i forgot the name...sorry work for hourss and when above and behond to make sure my prblem was fix for good and they fix it did a great job tks to all of you guy and a special thanks to brad ..I definitely recommend them to anyone with sewer or septic issue great A+++++++++++

The guys that came were great, they came and did what they needed to do and didn’t waste time to correct the issue. However when I called to book for them to come out I told the dispatcher I specifically needed the video inspection and the problem corrected and she gave me the flush only price. The guys on-site told me the correct price which was $130 more than what the dispatcher told me and they had it on their run sheet to do the video inspection so why couldn’t the dispatcher give me the correct price when I specifically told her that I needed to get the video inspection?
