I brought a homemade knife to Marc that I wanted to have modified into a filleting knife which he promptly completed at a reasonable price and did so magnificently. He is a wonderful craftsman and a very personable fellow--a terrific combination. A real pleasure to conduct business with.

Brough my multi-thousand dollar set of chef knives in, dull as can be after years of hard use. Nothing I had at hand could restore an edge on them. Got them all back razor sharp, even the serrated stuff had teeth straightened and sharpened up nicely.Would highly recommend over other sharpening services, like STOP, especially if you aren't using cheap-o knives for your kitchen work. Price is also about the best I was quoted in town.

Brought in my Japanese knife last minute, Mark sharpened it in front of me. It was ready in minutes and the quality was excellent. I also didn't have to spend a fortune. Will be bringing in more, definitely recommend for quality and service!
