My desk top got a bad virus and basically crashed. He got most of it back and very honest and friendly.

never assume they are open during the posted hours of operation; phone first.Also .. the guy that runs it - likes to let you know the HE'S the expert.A complete Dick.Don't expect anything cheap - Quick fix or not - This guy is way over-priced.I came in with a broken laptop screen, I used an external monitor up until I put it in safe mode.You'd think the GENIUS at Cybergrade would have told me to boot it uppress windows key + R to bring up the Run command-Type in msconfig...wait a bitpress the UP arrow twice and press enterpress the RIGHT arrow right once and press enterThat reboots into normal mode - this allowing me to use my laptop on my external monitor again.The guy at Cybergrade would have kept my computer for 3 days and then charged me out my ass.Stay Away from that guy.
