I can say that Macquarries has been around this town all of my life, When I was younger I use to have to goGet my grandmother's medsAt that time Macquarries was in the Espanade Plaza almost right by where the train station is now.and I think at one time it mightve been at the other end of the center then they bought the old liquor store/RedCrossBuilding they also use to pay people $10-$15 for a pint of thier blood Then they redid the building overand has been there since then established in Truro 1920

The pharmacy staff are amazing. Consistently the best service I have ever experienced in a drug store.

Whatever you do DON'T mistake this place for a WALK IN clinic. It's DEFINITELY NOT a WALK IN clinic. I was told you ALWAYS HAVE to make an appointment to see a doctor here. Total opposite of what a walk in clinic is supposed to be...dont believe me? Just call them now and ask if you can see a doctor without an appointment. What a joke!

I am frustrated beyond belief. I called in my prescription refills yesterday. The person who answered the phone asked if I would like to pick them up that day. My answer was no, the next day (today) would be fine. I was told they would be ready. I drive there after 1 p.m. and am told they are not ready. Unfortunately and maddingly this is one of multiple times this has happened.If you can not fill the script by a time given then DO NOT tell your customer it will be ready". We are all busy and trying to juggle busy schedules. If this was a "one off" incident I would not be so bothered but it isn't.Your location is convenient but the ongoing issue with being unable to meet time lines that have been provided has caused me to see this as very poor service for something as important as necessary prescribed medications."

MacQuarries is great because it’s right here in Bible Hill!

Very poor at filling prescriptions on time. Too busy training a new employees to do thier jobs efficiently. Was there for years and had to change drugstores cause of it.

This pharmacy was fine years ago, service was much better, these days it takes forever to get a prescription filled. I think they have too many computers to play with.

Okay, Pharmacy is good. There are different things to buy too. Inside there, is a walk in clinic. The walk in clinic and doctors are good but problem is you have to have appointment before going there. You can not just go for treatment without appointment. However, i was happy with doctor Shen.
