Very disappointed when we came. It was just before 8pm, no one in line. Waited over 25 minutes for 1 cinnamon bun!!! Others ordering after us were served first.7.5/10 for the YEG bunSeemed light on the peanut butter cups.

Had to wait 20 minutes on a quiet Sunday morning (with only 4 other customers in the shop), for a single cinnamon bun to be made for my son. Overpriced and not worth my time.(Edited: And no, despite the reply below, we were definitely NOT told at ANY time that the buns were in the oven and that it would take 20-25 min, with an offer to get a refund....because I would have taken him up on the offer. I'm extremely understanding if these things are acknowledged and rectified, but this was not the case). They added a free cookie in the bag at the end, but he didn't say why he was putting it in, or apologize for the wait.

Update June 2020 Visit: Today's treats were just as delicious as the last time. Restaurant was properly setup to allow for social distancing and the staff was wonderful.Nov 2019 Visit: Delicious. So many different varieties of cinnamon bun to choose from had a hard time picking just one each. Large sized servings with a lot of delicious toppings on top. Stopped on a random suggestion for dessert by google maps and I'm glad we did.

For the price, I expected these cinnamon buns to be really good. They were not. I loaded mine with icing and toppings. Bad idea. The flavors of the icing are very extract heavy and not pleasant. We also got brownies. These were ok, but not great. Had a funky flavour to them as well. Store interior is cute tho.

First time here today and it was incredible. The male employee with the dark hair was incredibly nice and offered me a sample of the peanut butter cups. He also provided a free cinnamon bun for spending more than $20 and being a first time customer. The pineapple soft serve ice cream is AMAZING as is all of their food but I have been searching everywhere for this and it’s dairy free and gluten free and vegan too. I wish I could rate this place 100 stars!

I had never been to a Cinnaholic store before. The staff we super friendly and took time to explain their menu and how it works. 5-starts for the staff and customer service skills.My issue is with the actual products.The bun itself was cold, and stale.The toppings were also cold, no dripping icing or warm taste to mimic an actual caramel apple pie.The mocha and hot chocolate were served lukewarm at best.The hot chocolate was so powdery I actually couldn’t have more than a few sips and had to throw it out.For almost $20 on three small items I expected to be blown away with the flavours, texture, and quality. Did not get that from this experience.With all the other dessert shops in the Whyte Ave area (some who serve hot, fresh cinnamon buns), I would not recommend this one above the rest (unless you love the product they have).

I don’t love cinnamon buns but dang… their other baked goods are amazing! Banana bread, brownies, snickerdoodle cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and the changing seasonal fancy cookies are all super good. I like the mini cinnamon buns too because of the icing choices. For those of us who liked banana medicine… banana icing hits the spot hahaha.

Wonderful treat to share with my coworkers. Was a hit at the office. The staff are wonderful and patient. I called in as I was going to have to be there just before closing and they had fresh buns for me when I arrived.
