Krown North Bay

I worked and ran this shop for years the staff are very diligent in spraying and cleaning vehicles we can not make everyone happy when they do t understand the product or how rust works I miss being here in north bay as the staff are amazing and work very hard head office felt it was my time to retire well I may be up in age but I have lots of life and customer service left in me and here I am standing up for an owner who is amazing and a staff that works hard to protect your vehicle take time to understand the treatment before you distroy someone I know personally covid years were terrible I was front end and took alit of abuse but the owner stood behind me and everyone the boys do spray all areas and they do follow all protocol you may have had a bad day or someone in the shop did we are human and pushed to far due to covid protocols but we did protect your vehicle our product is not a coating it is a penetrant if you do t understand the difference just ask anyway I wanted to say my peace as I was very proud to serve all of you and I miss my regulars and the staff this shop cares always has yes we had bumps everyone does we are human thank you I promised I would not say anything but when I saw that terrible review I had to because this is not what this shop is about a very caring owner and a staff that cares thank you

These people are awesome! Not only did we get the same guaranteed price during the life of the vehicle for undercoating, we were treated so well by the technicians and front-line staff! A big thanks to Samantha at the front desk! Extraordinary service and professionalism!

Good service. Sprayed my truck and my enclosed trailer for me with no problems. Dropped the truck off in the morning and i picked it up after I was done work. Nice place to deal with!

On time, great service. Cleaned my car after and the office was spotless. Lady at the front office was pleasant and knowledgeable 2nd time there for a touch up would recommend. Tipped the cleaner he deserved it.

Great customer service, hard working individuals, I asked if they could drill and provide extra oil in some areas of my vehicle. without being questioned or given any hassle it was done. over all great experience will be returning with gfs car in near future

Husband had to wait a month to get his appointment. He booked off work an hour early on the day of and we headed into North Bay. Construction blocks and white outs for parts of our drive caused some delays but ultimately we arrived at Krown at 4:35 and our appointment was for 4:30. A woman came out and asked if we were the 4:30 appointment. We informed her we were. She then said Well you're late so we closed at 4:30." (What!?!) "I'm sorry we hit some delays but we're 5 minutes late

BEWARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT DOING THE WORK!!!!!Don’t waste your time going to this place, make the drive to Sturgeon Falls. Worst job ever!! missed multiple spots on the vehicle. The owner is very rude and unprofessional and didn’t try to make this situation any better, he owns another Krown in Huntsville and is never around the north bay location. The truck has a lifetime warranty with Krown

Great service....Paul (owner) Nina (service desk) and both technicians are friendly and courteous. 2014 Mada is treated annually and no rust at all. Very thorough work at a reasonable price.
