I wish I could give zero star!! I’m not the one who usually leave bad comments on people business but this one is really required. There was a bald tall guy at front he was so rude with employees and wasn’t even taking proper orders of ours and we had to keep repeating 3/4 times our two combo order . Moreover we asked him to make our order fresh and he answered we made fresh food and then at end we get cold fries and food. I just wanna say if customer is ready to wait then why not fresh food! Super poor service!

Quet ugly.This branch spoiled the name of KFC.So many food waste on tables and no one take care of that. Some customers are arguing with staffs and some throwing food on waste bin.Is it original KFC branch.Very bad smell inside the restaurant.I think the food they providing is not fresh.

I have eaten at this location several times, usually the food is ok, better than the KFC by my house so we go out of our way to use this one. The last two times we have ordered 2 meals for two and only received one. I have to check the bag while I'm there and ask for my missing food. The manager Randy was incredibly rude, both to me and the other customers. The picture attached is supposed to be a famous chicken sandwich. it doesn't even cover half the bun. I'm sure they cheap out and just use the tenders. We ordered 4 today and two were proper sized and two were these tiny little tenders. What a rip off.

Okay so i been to this place alot. I like the sitting area probably one of the best Kfc’s around in that matter. My experience with the staff have been nice. But the washroom is filthy. And overtime the quality of their food has went down maybe they don’t change the oil in their fryer because you can clearly see it on the food the dark deposits. They need to change their oil more often.

Asked for all drumsticks 10 times even paid extra and when I got the food after waiting 10 minutes and they kept saying 2 minutes , all were mix. They forgot my water bottle and forgot to give napkins and fork.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I used a coupon to get a discount for a Big Crunch Combo, but a man in a turban that took my order kept refusing to accept the coupon or I just didn't get a meal from the location. Just letting everyone know to go to another place for food and decent customer service, probably never buying KFC again.

One of the worst experiences! Waited long which is ok being in busy hours but there was a bald talk guy at front he was so rude! Not friendly at all and when I asked him that they out of Rootbeer that’s the only drink I drink and he was so rude about me complaining and asking about it and he dint even felt sorry and asked me to get any other drink and I told him I don’t drink anything else and so I had to leave cup there even I paid for it. Having empathy is much needed in this person! Seemed like a management person but needs more customer service training I guess!

Awful shrivelled chicken pieces that must have been fried at least twice. The 2 chicken strips were good and fresh. But $24. For all of it should be cooked fresh and better quality

This outlet is close to my home and strategically located, serves scrumptious food. Its always fresh. Manpreet( shift manager) was courteous and kind. She was realy helpful.
