I recently purchased a 2023 Taos and I am loving it! As a first time buyer I was nervous in purchasing my first vehicle but all that changed at Martin Grove VW! The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon ask I walked in. Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask me questions to make sure he found the best car to fit my goals/needs. I did not feel rushed throughout the entire process in purchasing my vehicle. Once I purchased my vehicle I was passed over to Brandon in finance and again such an amazing experience. Brandon took his time to explain the next steps in my purchase process. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I am so grateful I worked with them so closely during this process and will refer all my friends and family to them. They were absolutely fantastic. The best customer service imaginable!My 81-year-old mom bought a Tiguan from Martin Grove dealership. 2 years later, the air conditioning did not work, and she took the car to a different dealership. She was charged $460 for the inspection but no cause was identifiedShe was upset and on her behalf, I contacted Martin Grove Volkswagen and was directed to Jason Zommers, the Operations Manager.I'm overwhelmed by the reaction and support he and the dealership provided. He contacted Volkswagen and was able to get her a partial credit; he provided the required service to her vehicle at no charge and a rental car during the time she was out of the vehicle. In addition, he offered a free oil change on her next visit.To be clear, this is not about money (although the dealerships' generosity, putting their money where their mouth is) was appreciated. It was about making the customer (an 81-year young woman) feel respected and appreciated.Guess where the bridge and golf club friends will go for their next vehicle or service - Martin Grove Volkswagen.Jason, you are a credit to your industry. This is the best dealership out there, if you ever want a car, the team will fit you in the right car and the right price! Vince will work his magic to make “it” happen! Mario is a great guy, and will go above and beyond to make you feel like family! I will only deal with my family at MG VW, as I know I will be treated like I matter, and I am not just another sale! Was introduced to the team in the service department, and you can tell that the culture Vince has created goes through the sales floor right to the service department! It has always been a pleasure to visit the VW office in Woodbridge, Ontario. As a new migrant in Canada, I bought my first car here -2012- and the following ones as well. But today VW Woodbridge has made me smile and happy because I loved the change they made to the waiting room. I really loved it! Beautiful new blue chairs, a great painting with a beautiful landscape and the cherry on the ice cream, chairs that give you a massage while you wait for your vehicle to come out of the service!!! all accompanied with a delicious freshly coffee! wowowow this was a great Saturday!! thanks VW

I had a great experience buying my certified preowned 2019 Volkswagen Atlas here! Steve Sulaiman, my sales rep, helped me through the process and it was a pleasure working with him. He wasn’t like other car salesman that I’ve dealt with in the past, and he seemed very genuine and friendly and not pushy at all. He worked with me to meet my needs, and I couldn’t be happier. Even after the sale he has been very helpful. I also dealt with Brandon Fragale, Financial Services Manager, and he was also great to work with! He was very knowledgable and answered any questions that I had, and helped me make the right choices in terms of warranty and any add-ons. He also wasn’t pushy at all. Overall this was an awesome experience buying our car here and I will definitely come back for future purchases as well as all of my servicing!
