Doormasters

We built a new house and our home builder uses Doormasters for garage doors. We booked an appointment and when we arrived, the person we booked an appointment with was not even there. We ended up dealing with a girl named Reanne. I don't know if was her first day but she knew absolutely nothing about garage doors. She was extremely unhelpful and just stood there in silence. When I would ask a question, she would go back to her computer for 10 minutes and come back with a quote. She gave no information at all. Her coworker was sitting on the other side of the wall listening to the whole meeting just letting her drown. Eventually he came over towards the end and answered a couple questions. It was extremely frustrating as we were about to spend a lot of money with them and they gave us ZERO information about garage doors. Unfortunately that's who our home builder used so we were forced to work with them. Awful awful customer service.

Good experience all around. Our second door from Doormaster's and their after sales service on the last one was very good. Highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the service we received from DOORMASTERS. Kristin was quick to help right from the get go, came out with samples and was very helpful in choosing our door. The guy who came to install our door was great, quick and explained everything to us. Other than some found screws after the fact, we are very happy with the job!

Slow service, no hardhats till we mentioned something, didn't secure harnesses while using Genie Lift. Overall, don't recommend them from a liability standpoint never mind being efficient with their time.

Doormasters replaced the weather strip on our garage door. A broken strip is what they left me with. The answer to the issue: there is nothing more they can do for me. Save your time and money. Stay away!!

Drop my trailer off to have the springs redone. They were fast, job well done, and the price is reasonable. I had some issues on getting a callback on whether or not my trailer was actually done, which it was.Other than that, pretty good experience

Every aspect of our garage door replacement was a positive experience. From the initial visit to the showroom and the help from Chuck to the final install, everyone was professional and courteous. The install went without a hitch even though this was in an old carport converted to garage. There was no mess left behind just a beautiful new Garaga door and Liftmaster opener. Thank you for a stress free purchase.

We have just had a new garage door installed today March 28th,2020.The young fellow Greg who installed the door was helpful, answered all the questions, listened ,then did a fine, fine job. I would recommend this company for the job that was done today.

The purchase process went very well. They quoted quickly and provided the best price for the product received. They helped by providing the name of a reputable shipping company and the shipping experience went well.Unfortunately when it came time to install the door, they had provided 2 springs. when trying to install the second spring, it was found to be a duplicate of the the first spring. I then contacted the company and was told by their sales person that a second spring was required and they did in fact supply me with 2 left springs instead of one for each side, I waited for about a week with my hobby car outside in January for the second spring to arrive. I needed the garage empty to install the door. After a week i called this same sales person again and was promptly told that it had indeed been shipped. The next day i was called again and told that I in fact did not need this second spring to install the door and that nothing had been shipped to me.The lack of attention to detail by the sales staff cost my hobby car undue time outside in snowy wet conditions. While i do believe the sales staff have some knowledge of their product, i also believe they need greater training in customer care.
