DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I had a horrible experience and received bad treatment from their employees as a long term customer who purchased 32 food warmer units (SP9000) for a project I was hired to complete. The location in Scarborough sold me a faulty unit. The manager said to return the faulty unit and exchange it for a new unit. However, when I came in they did not want to exchange the faulty unit and it took them 1 hour to tell me I have to personally send it to their manufacture/repair location in North York. I took the faculty unit home and called the location in North York. They said the Scarborough location has to send it directly to them. The location in Scarborough did not want to help me as my questions were not clearly answered and the manager was not responding to me directly. When I called the service department at the North York location for updates regarding the faulty unit, they gave me a date and time as it has been fixed and ready for pick up. I got to the location on time and was told they had no information regarding the faulty food warmer unit that was sent to be repaired. This created added challenges in regards to my project as I was on a deadline. I previously discussed my orders and the need for efficiency and transparency to this company as my reputation as a new business owner is on the line. I had to pay for more units out of pocket and its been 1 month and a week and this issue has still not been resolved. If you are planning on purchasing items for personal use and small kitchen supplies please be careful. However, do not put your trust in the hands of these people because you will be disappointed.

Karyna is AMAZING! I know I had dealt with other reps but honestly, Karyna is the best! She is always super helpful and gets me what I need especially when Im in a jam. I will ONLY go through her because I know shes going to get the job done

Worst customer service by managers Greg. Purchased over 50k item still give us damage product. Wrong attitude.Owner should put some effort in his management behaviour. Doubt check with your staff Toni. Toni has done his best.Not recommended for anyone. Try other sellers.

I had my knives sharpen lately. They did a great job on them. They also did so fast I didn't even have time to browse the store. The staff were very helpful. I will continue to go to Nella for all my needs.

Horrible customer service. Ordered at apw toaster, when we got it, it was damaged looks as if it feels off truck. Been over a month dealing with them and still getting no where

I normally buy things from Nella and their customer service is usually good but this time left a bad taste in my mouth. I found they treated my black business like it didn’t matter. So if you’re black take your business elsewhere where you’re treated well by customer service and they actually try to resolve account issues

Bought a rice cooker from Nella Toronto for $340 on July 2022Did not work gave to Nella to service, changed me initially $97, paid, hoping to be repaired, but called me saying cost is $240 plus to be repaired. While it is under warranty they said not covered,This shows they are not behind their equipment and warranty does not mean anything to them it is a rip off to deal with this company Nella Toronto.This need to be fixed based on their warranty Asap.Till 04/30/2023, no one bothered to call me to talk about this misconducting default since when you sell something under warranty you supposed to take care of the products you guys even do not respect to your commitments and your products, do not know why people buying anything from Nella Toronto.I have not got any reply yet in spite of tel. Calls, messages and emails have not got any respond yet. My rice cooker under warranty is in their hands and $110 on the top of that, is n’t it kind of cheating, this organization is just a fake one, they do not respect their own commitments.Today is 05/30/2023 Still have not heard anything from this supplier!!! They have been sleeping on my money and 2 Rice Cookers and never have the nerve to call me or talk to me about.I need my money and rice cookers back or I will do what it takes to bring it to Justice.Have a good day,
