Fantastic service provided by Rosie with Circle K Groundworks when she came out to do a septic tank inspection for us. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and provided a detailed inspection report on the septic tank located on the acreage we just purchased. Highly recommend! Had a septic inspection the other day. Moved around their schedule to accommodate me. Showed up early, did their inspection and gave me a detailed report on the failure. He consulted with me about possible options and explained building/septic codes. Very friendly, extremely helpful, highly professional and knowledgeable. Will be using them again

Circle K Groundworks provided me with absolutely amazing service! What started as a simple septic tank maintenance pump turned into fantastic insight and advice on how to ensure our system is well kept and that we wouldn't have issues going into the winter months. Bill provided me with great advice and we decided to replace our pump and do a full retrofit install of the internals of our septic tank. Rosie was very responsive and helpful, she made sure that we got service during an emergency pump that we needed done. Fantastic service from the team at Circle K, I'll only do business with this company when it comes to my septic system on my Parkland County acreage.

Had a issue with my septic pump. They quickly came out, found and fixed the problem right away. They were polite, professional and all mess/garbage was cleaned up. Well worth the money for the work they do. Will definitely be using them for any future work.

Wow! Honest post here & outright robbery! Please read.We had a leak in our basement which myself & my mother cleaned up. I noticed that the leak was to do with our septic system & I had to leave that morning for a project out of town. I asked my wife to call around an find a company that will pump out our septic system that day because that was my thought on which was the problem. My wife called these guys & they came right out, apparently soon as they come out they pumped the tanks an said there was more problems. my wife mentioned as long as it isn’t something really bad to please move forward. “This was a Friday”...they found a bunch of problems but then said they would have to come back Monday cause the parts wouldn’t be in...we get an invoice for $3,200.00 a few days later. They state that they actually GAVE US a better deal because they had to pump out our septic tank again Monday....but wasn’t that there fault because they couldn’t do the job Friday??? Thanks for the deal....if I could post the picture of the god damn mess these crooks left on our property after charging my wife some ridiculous price for basically a little pvc, 1/2 horse power pump ($325.00) & 1 alarm system which is around (300$) it would disgust any person! Absolutely disgusting how these guys throw a great big invoice an such a poor service & also don’t give a quote when they had the whole weekend, to at least warn us of the price.

First off if I could give Circle K Groundwork’s more then 5 stars I would! We started using their services 3 years ago to just clean out our septic tank. But then soon after that we started having issues with holes popping up around our tank and septic field. Every time we called them they were out to help us that day. Even when our pump stopped working at 9 pm on a -30 winter night they came out ASAP to help us. After they checked out our field and discovered that it had completely failed (due to previous house owner fault), Circle K and us started to put a plan together on how we were going to go from there. We ended up looking into a brand new , At Grade , septic system and field. After months of diligent research and trials Rosie found exactly what was going to work for our growing family. Now we have a brand new 3 tank water treatment system, and At Grade field. And we couldn’t be happier. We will be going back to Circle K Groundwork’s for anything regarding our system. She also said they come out and service it every year! Fantastic workmanship, service, and pricing!!
