I've had such great experiences with Bergner Professional Dry Cleaners! Each time I stop in, the service is friendly and quick. You don't need to drop in too many times before you get first-name service! I've seen Stewart be extremely patient with older clients and go out of his way to make it easy for them to get their cleaning done and back to them. The last time I stopped by with a load of cleaning that needed to be done I was in a bit of a hurry, and Stewart was able to accommodate, and have it all back to me in less than 24 hours! Bergner's team is always exceeding my expectations! They clean my work uniforms regularly and they are consistently dependable on having my work items ready within 48 hours. I have been told many anecdotes of Stewart going above and beyond for ferry workers and we truly appreciate it! He even went as far as to go out of his way during COVID to make sure that ferry workers could still have their uniforms dry cleaned and even personally dropped off items to their homes! I have also more recently been dropping off personal items for alterations and everything always comes back fitting better than expected. Thank you for being such a reliable local business!

I marked my suit about 30 hours before I was supposed to get married in it, all I can say is that they got it in and it came back looking perfect in time for the big event even though ferry was late and so was I! Very kind and conscientious service and always with a smile.

Got a nasty ink stain on a brand new 400 dollar sweater a few weeks back and brought it here after I couldn’t get it out myself. the service was above and beyond. Not only did they go out of there way to remove the stain! The service was very friendly, caring and the price point was so worth it. Will definitely be returning!

Their hours have changed for covid, but not put up on website..emoloyee was rude and sarcastic... i miss the gibsons store .
