Cody helped me find a truck 18 months ago. Found me exactly what I was looking for at a good price and he was super easy to deal with. Having a few issues with the truck now and lost my warranty paperwork. I call Cody and he got me all the information I needed and dealt with the warranty company to help me fix my truck. The continuing customer service from Cody at Vancouver auto credit group is so above and beyond anything I have experienced with any car salesman. Super happy I bought through him.

This place is a joke. I was scammed by Christine Nguyen who shortly after left the company as well as multiple others. 4 years later still stuck in the same car paying a ridiculously high interest rate and monthly charge, 3 years remaining. Beware if you’re a newcomer to Canada, this is where they will bait and trap you in. Once they receive their commission don’t expect anything. Also don’t fall for the “after one year well get you a new car with lower payments and any car you want” lol. They’ll send your details around and you’ll get texts from 10 different people with great deals “just for you” and when they can’t they’ll pass the blame to you, plus they will run your credit through every possible lender. Places like this that operate give car salesman bad raps. Explains the high turnover of staff probably.

Honestly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful this experience was! My first time getting a car online with someone out of town, but Jake has made the entire process so much fun and easy to go through! So patient, thoughtful and professional, walked me through every step and didn’t stop until he could find me the best ride! I’m already recommending him to everyone I know!!

First of all, I will say a huge thank you to God for making this possible because if He hadn’t ordained for it to be so it wouldn’t have happened. Now, as far as man is concerned, if it weren’t for the going above and beyond efforts put in by Michael, the transaction wouldn’t have materialized. Michael went above and beyond to make this work people. He is a great individual without the salesperson/manager tag and even at his job, he’s great too. Vancouver Auto Credit were great help and they were very professional about everything. From the inception of this deal to the moment I had my car keys in my hands, it was an impeccable experience. I’d highly recommend you do business with these people. I’ll be giving updates for as long we are in business. I want to say a huge thank you to Michael, Aurn, and Laurie. These people were really great help. When you call Vancouver Auto Credit, make sure you ask for Michael. He’s a great dude.

The representative Michael, who I have been dealing with has been amazingly helpful. It was a fast turn around from signing to receiving the car and it was not delivered as fully described. Needed some work done (AC, detail), and there was a bit of back and forth and issues were resolved or are in process. Micheal was great to work with.

I had the best experience with Corinne at Vancouver Auto Credit, she is kind, smart, amazing, honest, and did everything to get me a car I would love and that fit my budget, and she did it fast. This woman is spectacular, and so wonderful to talk to and interact with. 100 %, best experience I've had in getting a car. Thank you Corinne❤

Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago my little red rocket died. At 516,000 km, it’s to be expected. I haven’t been a very responsible adult so my credit is shot and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get back into the road. I need wheels to survive with my freelance work. Thank god for for Ariel because she told me I should just talk to someone in her company and see what I can do. I was handed to Michael and he took great care of me. I am a person who can talk a lot and ask a ton of questions. This man was incredibly patient, even with all my anxiety to pull the plug saying yes. Initially I wanted a Honda but due to my own irresponsibility I wasn’t able to get it- yet. As long as I’m a good girl and make my payments on time then I can trade in for the vehicle I want in a year all the while working on my credit. Even tho it’s not a Honda, this Hyundai Elantra is pretty sweet. I’ve never owned anything this nice tbh. I still feel like it doesn’t belong to me but Garfield (yes I name my vehicles) is mine. So to Michael and Ariel, I say thank you for bringing Garfield into my life and for your time, energy, patience and most of all kindness in dealing with my high stress anxiety ridden butt. I’ll be calling you in a year Michael ;)

Right from the initial contact it was an easy transaction. Rajin was fast and receptive to what I was looking for. Ash worked quickly and efficiently to secure the loan and vehicle. The delivery team was punctual and gave delivery tome updates. All I’m all a wonderful experience. Would use Vancouver Auto Credit again if the need arises. Thanks for the excellent work.

Michael has been such a pleasure to work with!He spent days working with us to ensure all questions were answered etc.We had a few glitches with transport and detailing, however the team has been so kind & willing to work together for a positive outcome for all!Well done & we love our Jeep!

Worst experience ever . Sold me an suv with a broken seat that slides back and forth. They sold me a car in the beginning that had 10,0000 damage done to it by one of their dri ers when it was being delivered. I only had the car 3 weeks they took the negative equity from the car and added it to the suv I got from them without telling me. I would never recommend this company to anyone their crooked
