This business states that they take walk ins but as a precaution I called at 10:40am and asked if they could accommodate a walk in. They said no book an appointment. They asked what time, I said 12:00, they said no come for 2:00. I arrived at 1:55, sat down and nobody asked my name. Three people walked in after me and were escorted to chairs for pedicures. I was left sitting for 25 minutes and nobody acknowledged me or explained/apologized for the delay or when to expect my booked appointment to start. After I got up and left they chased me saying they can take me now. It was too late, I don’t have time to waste sitting there without knowing when I can expect to start and nor do I want my appointment to be rushed so they can fill the chair with the next appointment. I have been here before and had good service but that was years ago, I won’t be back.

Great 1st impression! Friendly staff! Both Nia & Suri did a great job. Suri did the acrylic ombre nails, very natural looking! Nia did a French shellac manicure and shellac pedicure, happy with the results. Definitely recommend them! Note: Good to book an appointment as they are busy!

My hubby and I go for the deluxe pedicures and enjoy the pampering. Always a pleasant experience! Very nice staff here. Highly recommend! ❤️

had a very good experience at this place. Got a pedicure and shellac. The workers were very kind and accommodating. We asked for all 3 of us to sit together , they made it happen even though it was very busy. The interior was very white & clean ( white walls, wood floors, chandeliers) which made the place feel welcoming and professional.

I really love my nails from here! Vanessa did them for my wedding and I got so many compliments. The store is clean, nicely decorated and bright with many spaces to get your nails done! Not the easiest place to go with friends as they are very busy (at least when I was there) but they do their best to accommodate within reason. Price was about $60 for a full set (pictured). I'll probably come back for my next special occasion!

Got a pedicure with one of my girlfriends here and it was a great experience! She called ahead to make an appointment and requested we got ours done at the same time. Definitely recommend making an appointment because while they do accept walk ins - sometimes timing just doesn’t walkways work out and you wouldn’t want to miss out if you had somewhere to be and you couldn’t get in lol! It’s a clean interior and the staff wear masks which I appreciate. I chose a basic pedicure while my friend did shellac deluxe - we both loved our services and it was a very pleasant experience. Pricing is reasonable and I would come back again!

It was my SO’s first time here and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. To say nothing of the fact that they stayed an extra 40 minutes past closing to get her nails done, the work was painless, incredibly well done, and overall very nice with delicately well done art. Big shout out to Sury for the work she did!Going forward this will be the new nail salon for by our family.
