As a sustainably and ethically produced lab grown diamond was a top priority for my fiancé, I worked with Justin at both the Vena Nova location and the Gem by Carati storefront throughout the process of creating the custom engagement ring. Justin and his team made the process so easy...going the extra mile to make the entire experience seamless and worry free while being incredibly transparent about the stone, ring, pricing, and timelines. Justin's responsiveness is truly second to none!

We bought our fantastic legal assistant, an anniversary gift for being with us for such a long time. We chose this store because of the selection and excellent customer service. Tissot watch. Justin helped us and he was very impressive.

Have never written a Google review before but this store merits it more than any customer experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Gem for all jewelry needs - we worked with Justin to design our engagement ring from scratch. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. The end cost was lower than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. Overall just an exceptional interaction/process with everybody at the store and will be returning to them for all future jewelry purchases.

Ordered earrings online for a gift. They were delivered on time and packaged very nicely. There was a very small issue with one however they replaced it very quickly. The customer is clearly important to them and they were great to deal with. Definitely recommend ordering online from and I with surely purchase here again.

I was stressing over securing an engagement ring that was a design I wanted and was within my budget. My friend recommended that I reach out to Justin to see what he could do. Justin was able to provide me with options that were all around my budget and answered my questions with ease. He even taught me a thing or two about diamonds and settings. I was sent a mockup very quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. The turnaround time was as promised and the ring came out perfect. Justin was honest, transparent, and made the entire buying experience so easy and stress free. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a decision or felt like I was being upsold. I felt confident in what I was buying and I'm very grateful he was the one handling such an important purchase!

Justin was excellent to deal with in all respects. Ordering an expensive limited edition watch from overseas can be a risky prospect. I Googled Gem By Carati carefully before I made my purchase, and all feedback and reviews were postive (if not glowing). As expected, Justin was responsive, efficient, and friendly in all aspects of customer service. When customs required extra paper work he took care of it immediately. I recommend Gem by Carati without reservation, and if I ever need another hard to get watch in the future, they will be the first store I check online.

My wife's engagement ring was in need of repair as the head holding the diamond was coming apart. My friend recommended Gem By Carati. They resoldered the head and refinished the ring for a very reasonable price and in a short amount of time.I've been putting this repair off for a couple years because I thought it would cost a fortune, but this shop has exceeded my expectations.Thank you for bringing this ring back to life!

In celebration of a milestone anniversary this year, my husband and I were looking for a jewelry designer to work with for a custom ring. From the moment I stepped into the jewelry store, Kendice provided such exceptional service! Right from the start of the process of my custom ring, Kendice worked with me on the design I had in mind… the style, setting and size of diamond. She listened, gave advice, took plenty of notes and sketches before submitting the custom ring to her designer. Kendice stayed in touch with me though-out the process, answered my questions and always provided updates. I was also provided with a render (3D image) of the ring, which was absolutely gorgeous. In less than a month, my ring was ready and the result was a stunning platinum princess cut solitaire that exceeded all my expectations! Thank-you, Kendice for all your help and guidance and for making the entire process such a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful ring and one that truly represents a very special occasion.
