Richard Chen is literally the best!This is my first Lexus I have ever bought and I was very lucky to meet Richard Chen.He was professional, conscientious, responsible and considerate, and I was informed in March that I would be picking up the car, but since I was in China, he patiently helped me order another one, and I was able to pick up the new car right away when I returned to Canada in early June.If I were to buy another Lexus in the future, I would choose Richard Chen again and I would recommend my friends to buy a car from him.Thank you Richard Chen and his team members.

Someone broke into our car in Kingston on our way to Montreal while we were on vacation. They broke the window and they have robbed us. We needed to replace the glass asap so that we could return home safely. Matt (Matthew) at Spinelli Lexus was very nice and helpful getting the glass quickly and installing it in one day. Matt spoke English which made it so much easier to communicate. We are so greatful to Spinelli Lexus for taking care of us in time of distress. Even the manager came out to us and told us to let him know if we need anything and he'd try to accommodate. This is how proper customer service should look like. Bravo and THANK YOU!

Great buying experience. I was buying from out of town and therefore wanted to handle most of the details before travelling to see the vehicle. I worked with Ahmed, Sun, and Melanie who were each excellent at being responsive, adaptive, and handling all of my questions with great care, knowledge, and professionalism. Sun even waited at the train station for me for an hour when the train was delayed. It was a pleasure to work with the team.
