Would give no stars if I could. Store is cheap with toppings and can't read to get an order from their own app right.Have an issue? No worries, they'll never answer a call, won't reply to anything from the Subway website option and won't do anything to make it right.Add to it their new overpriced menu and you'll not only be disappointed with not getting what you ordered but poorer for it too.Find yourself a new sub place or pay to drive/bus to an alternative location cuz this one will take your money and run, leaving you more than disappointed.

Watched him drop a loaf while trying grab my loaf and he put it directly back into the fridge as if it would forget touching the floor when the next customer comes in. He also was on his phone when i walked in and placed it on the counter where he makes the subs when he started making my sandwich.Update: food borne illness from this place.

If there is a option for zero or minus will choose that for this store. Zero customer service and satisfaction customer is paying still staff of the store do not serve well. i went couples of time to the store but will not recommend anyone to visit this store. First time I thought may be employee had a bad day but this time it proves that they don’t care about customer. Their machines don’t work they don’t serve as you ask for also when i ask to use coupon code employee refuse to use that as it was a valid code.

We ordered two footlongs, the guy behind the counter was so done with life that he didn't bother listening to the sauces i wanted to add. Everytime i made a specification i got a serious annoyed look as if I'm committing a crime. To top it off, he didnt even scan the coupon and made 0 effort to help. Too bad.

Subway offers variety and freshness on their menu. The location at 420 King St. N. in Waterloo was noteworthy in their friendly and competent service. The delicious wrap I had featured rice and sweet onion chicken. A great lunch experience.

Ordered a bmt sub to bite down on an olive pit and almost broke my tooth. This should never happen. Sun also didn’t taste fresh. Seemed like day old breed. Used to be a subway manager and the way this store is run I am surprised subway hasn’t taken the store from the owner. Very disappointed.

Stay away from this location. Stopped in without reading reviews. Sub bun was either uncooked or damp, it stuck to wrapping paper. I only wanted 3 toppings out of the many offered. I asked for extra onion, the unpleasant gentleman, literally put 4 thin slices of onion, as extra onion. I couldn't eat the sub, it was stuck to the wrapping. Won't recommend or go back.

Worst ever Subway experience. Very Rude and angry gesture when we go with Mobile order pick up. As others mentioned in review here, do not do justice on veggies quantity he put in a foot long, and if we ask to put anything extra he refuses right away. He put a cold chicken for Crispy Chicken order !!Not enough sauce either !!

The guy don’t know what to do i asked him to give a grill to sub and he did but with the paper and after that that got stuck with sub and we have to throw it and the veggies and not fresh he is using phone while preparing order.
