Thank you to Katja for a friendly, compassionate and professional service.My cat hated travelling in the car, and would always get extremely stressed. I couldn't face her final journey to be one that began like that.So it was super to find Katja (on recommendation from Vets4Pets), who was able to visit our home at pretty short notice, and allow our cat's final journey to be super peaceful, from the comfort of the place she loved to be.Very grateful, and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Katja, and also the lovely lady to whom I initially spoke on the phone (Liz?) to arrange everything, including cremation.

We contacted Pets Relaxed after realizing that our Beagle of 14 years, Billy, was coming to the end of his life. Thorsten came to see us on Monday, being very honest about Billy's health situation, and giving us options.We asked Thorsten back the day after, to put Billy to sleep, in the most gentle and beautiful way. Billy hated going to the vets, so for him to die at home, nibbling on cheese and ham, has helped us enormously. We will miss our little man so much. Thank you Pets Relaxed for making an incredibly sad time, more bearable.Kim, Paul and Nathan.

Highly recommend this company,from my initial contact with the administration staff, who were so kind and considerate, to the lovely Vet , Katja, who visited us at home, she was able to assess our dog, Cindy, without her being stressed by having to go to the Vet Surgery, Katja was very kind and compassionate, offering advice, that enabled us to make decisions on care ongoing and the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions at the right time, I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Katja & Thorsten are wonderful vets. My Great Dane has always been wary of going to the vet but having them come to your home is completely a completely different experience and their wonderful manner puts everyone at ease. They are easy to get hold of, always return messages / calls very quickly and really care about your animals.

Amazing! Words cannot describe our gratitude and appreciation, in what was a very very hard experience.When our Labrador become poorly, he didn't travel well and was becoming increasingly distressed at traveling. Pets relaxed came out to us, even though we were out of the area, and could not do enough to help us.Unfortunately in the end, the time had come for our beautiful boy, and again they were just insanely kind, very accommodating and on a human level, extremely respectful in guiding our way. To have Harley at home, in his favourite place and peaceful on his final journey meant everything.Words cannot describe how grateful we are to them, from office to vet, what an incredible team.Our sincerest thanks.
