I was getting an instant ticket (lotto) but the employee was on his phone playing games and doesn’t care customers. Terrible service! I get an instant ticket (lotto) worth of $15 and because he was on the phone told me pay $20! So irresponsible! Don’t buy here.

Hasn’t updated their hours with Canada Post, showed up at 9 expecting them to be open, only to find out they don’t open until 11. Had to find that on Maps as they have no hours posted outside the store at either entrance.

The online hours do not reflect actual store hours. I drove from milton to get a package and the hours on my slip and on google said they are open. There is a sign taped saying they are closed sundays.Please change your hours online!

I run an online business and have used the post office here 5 days a week for over a year. Another reviewer said their rates are higher than other post offices but I've never had that experience. The staff is very friendly and super efficient. Delrex isn't just a great Post Office outlet, it has a neat selection of gifts and I always count on it for my greeting cards and gift bags because the prices are amazing.

Business Hours are wrong.Wasted my time coming from all the way from mississauga only to find out its close.Owner . You need to update canada post that your store closes early. By the way this is before Ford new covid rule

It’s a small town shop. As one would imagine, the people who own the store and act as a postal substation are always pleasant. Customers don’t have to wait for their turn for very long. I enjoy using their services year round.
