I had surgery with Dr. Barnsley in Victoria this year. He was very caring, took the time to explain all the details, answer questions and was personable. The surgery and recovery went very well and I would highly recommend him.

I am not one to leave reviews, but in this case it is necessary. My hope is to help prevent further women from experiencing the hardship that I have with Dr. Philip Barnsley.The process from start to finish was terrible, from the rude reception team and nurses, to the devastating guidance of Dr. Barnsley.This time 2021, my desire was for breast implant volume. When he suggested 500 cc's on my petite, tall and lean figure, this is when my first alarm bells started to ring, as my fellow girlfriends, of which have shorter and wider figures, had mentioned that they only had 450 cc's, and that I should call back and request for smaller.How I was left to be in the position to request this is beyond me, and left me calling in to have them order smaller cc's and completely halt the order of the larger ones. Not to mention how unaccommodating the staff were to help assist me in this amendment throughout one of the financially largest and physically altering purchases of my life.We landed at 450 cc's, as per following and trusting the guidance of Dr. Barnsley, of which resulted in still being FAR too large for my figure. “Most women wish that they had gone bigger after surgery”, he stated. However, the weight of the implants on my body type inevitably resulted in the implants falling incredibly low, extremely quickly - within the first 3 months. I could have never assumed or guessed for this to happen, but I would hope that my Doctor would.In distress, I contacted Dr. Barnsley for a follow up consultation. With cosmetic, physical complications, including my pectoral muscle now protruding the implant due to how low they had dropped, his eyes shot open when he saw the state of my implants. He accommodated to have them removed for me for free and apologized for this happening to me.Being a young woman simply looking to no longer wear a bra with my favourite dresses, I was in need of proper guidance from my surgeon, which he did not provide me with.Beware and very weary, and stay as far away as possible. Please save your $8-10,000.00. Don't have your lifelong regrets, scars, and stretched skin like I now do, all for 11 months total of breast implants, prior to an inevitable and required removal - due to his horrible implant practices and guidances.

Not good. Left huge scars and wont make good on it. Injury lawyers are to be consulted.

He removed a lump from my face. I have some pretty huge issues with getting any sort of surgery, but he did a great job. Didn’t feel anything and it’s going well the day after. Thanks for the good work and dealing with my fears during surgery :)

Staff was very friendly and professional as was Dr Barnsley and his nurse. Follow up communication was appreciated. Very appreciative of his surgical expertise.

I just had a procedure done by Dr Barnsley and I am not only extremely happy with the results but was super impressed by the way everyone made me feel at ease during the process. From the consultation to the surgery and the post op appointments. If your looking for a great experience I would highly recommend Dr Barnsley, his nurses and staff
