Fantastic Food in an absolutely beautiful establishment. The floors, the walls, the decor, simply stunning. The food was incredible. Falafel was top tier. The amazing gentleman who served our table was kind, friendly and checked in on us just the right amount. It was our first time there but won't be the last! The chai tea was hot and flavorful. The Pickled turnips were some of the best I've ever had. If you enjoy flavorful and authentic cuisine from this region, I'd highly recommend Ishtar!

Atmosphere is nice , but a spoon and a glass had food stain 4/5. Plate was very empty. Could have filled the plate with some other things like hummus and veggie. Food was average, nothing special ( Food and presentation 2.5/5) Customer service 2.5/5 , no smile and no proper greeting.

Beautiful restaurant that is full of culture and serves authentic food. The environment is so calm and soothing. The owner is very friendly. The service is fast and professional. Perfect place for small groups or big parties.

Went and dined at this hidden gem a few days ago and I was impressed. First of all, the reataurant is beautifully set up with nice high ceilings, great decorations and a calm atmosphere. They have the space for small and large groups. They have a vast menu and is priced generously. I’ve tried the mixed Shawarma Meal for $15.99 and that was amazing. With the food tasting delicious and the well-attended service, I don’t see why I won’t give this place a 5/5! Will definitely come back!

A hidden gem on Gray Avenue. I’ve been driving by this place and decided to give it a try. The food and service are excellent. Very warm and welcoming host. They did an outstanding job on the interior - especially the shiny tile floors. I will definitely be back!

Very nice Iraqi restaurant. As per my knowledge, the first Iraqi restaurant in the city. My family and I tried the Quzi, Shawarma mix meal, and Ishtar Kabab. We loved the food and highly recommending it.The only advise that I have to the owner is to reconsider the portions size.Keep the good job

This place is a good place to have a middle eastern food. The servers were super nice. We ordered Ishtar Kabab and we were happy with the quality and quantity.We also had tea and baklava, Tea was a bit dark but baklava was delicious.

I drank black tea there. It was good. The price is affordable there.The area is calm and some beautiful painting on the wall. It's bid enough for large parties. They have Falafel also.Don't order ice cream, because they're not made it. It is just regular ice cream from stores.
