I had a package coming to be delivered and the driver went to the wrong location and said we were closed. We were at our location from 9am to 6pm. So we were definitely not closed. I called and was told the driver made the error and the package will be there the next day guaranteed. The next day the driver still did not show up, so a 3pm I called them again and was told the package did not go out for delivery for some reason". After talking to several people it seems there was another "human Error" that could not be explained and the package will be delivered priority the next day. These parts were needed on the day they were suppose to be delivered and now we can not get a job done because they had two human errors and wouldn't do anything to fix it except it will be delivered tomorrow. sorryWe had an issues with Diecom and stopped using them because of situations like this. Now we will not be using GLS again."

Horrible experience. I'm a professional artist and have been shipping my art worldwide for over 5 years. My experience with GLS (former Dicom) is unique. I've used their services to ship a 35 pounds package from Ontario to Quebec. The artwork arrived at its destination in pieces. The box was crushed and visibly mishandled. The art piece made of wood and epoxy resin arrived at its destination cracked top to bottom, the impact separated its frame, and a deep crack ran through the entire painting. The art piece was professionally packed, and I have already contacted my insurance company to handle the claim. GLS promised a one-day delivery, the art piece left on Monday, by Wednesday I called customer service; the agent told me they couldn't find the box, by Friday of the same week the package was delivered crushed and its contents damaged.Edit: GLS replied below, and instead of taking responsibility for their poorly trained employees, they decided to blame it on the weather. When the GLS pick-up truck parked on my driveway, the driver showed up to carry a 35-pound box without a dolly. When I asked if he had one, he said he didn't, so my husband had to carry the box with the driver to the truck. If you don't have a properly trained workforce, and fail to provide your employees with essential transport tools to run your business when the weather changes ( we live in Canada! ) don't compromise other people's assets when you cannot deliver the services that you promise.

returning a box from Toronto to Qc. Really fast. It is not like regular" shipment. I was told the leave the box and an employee took it and put in small container. I left. Day after I checked online and the box were delivered. 5 STARS!"

They dont know how to deliver to Condos. Just updates appointment required and asks come to depot to collect it. The same day i received parcel from Amazon but these guys are not able to buz the dial code ( The didn't bother to dial the code. Since it was day before long week end starts they just updated the status blindly without trying to deliver). Very pathetic service.
