Fantastic pastries and cakes. The owner is so accommodating. We needed a cake last minute and she had 3 options on hand for the display case. So delicious. Moist and flavourful. Got a couple other sweets too. Good variety and a bit different every day. Will definitely be back!

So delicious! I am absolutely addicted to their scones. It started with the brownies, then carrot cake, then the baked cheesecake, we go every weekend for a treat.

Created a beautiful cake which was structurally inadequate. They took no responsibility for the deficiencies and blamed their consumer for it's eventual cracking at the foundation a mere couple hours after pickup. In addition, aspects of the cake design - notably the pearls - were added and not communicated to the bride, either.Unfortunately, they also lied in their reply to a public review. I am the brother of the groom, I was also the best man and emcee of the wedding and heard from multiple sources they offered delivery and then later communicated they could not fulfill that offer. The groom was forced to have a groomsman's mother pick it up.I can confirm they did offer a $50 store credit, but that's incredibly illogical; in other words, they asked their Ontario-based consumers who were visiting for their wedding to purchase from them again after a horrible experience. Good business model - fail to succeed on the first attempt, offer a credit" prompting additional revenue on a subsequent purchase. I'm surprised they don't have PR audit their public review replies.The cake itself was underwhelming. Somewhat dry and little flavor. Nothing notable to communicate.Overall

I love carrot cake and make my own often because I just can't find one out there that I love. I tried yours this weekend and oh my goodness it is delicious. I certainly will share with everyone who will listen. :) I can't figure out what kind of icing you use...its not too sweet which is why I like it so much. I wish you much success. I will definitely be back.

CakeyHand made my mother’s 100th Birthday cake last weekend and it was an enormous hit with everybody attending. It generously served over sixty by people and so delicious. I highly recommend them for any special cake.

Ordered a speciality cake for my wife’s birthday and it was phenomenal! The cake looked amazing and it was delicious. The staff was also very friendly! Will be back again.
