After reading the positive reviews on this company, we decided to have Scott come out to give us an estimate on a patio cover. True to his reputation, he was friendly and efficient with his quote, and followed through with communicating with us until him and Bob installed a beautiful patio cover shortly thereafter. We were very pleased with the quality and service, and would highly recommend Alcor Industries to our family and friends. It was a real pleasure to find someone local that provides such exceptional customer service!

We had our roof done in 2013 and to this date 20 years later, we are still happy with our purchase. The only con to this has been I wished I had realized the roof required to be rescrewed after 10 to 15 years as part of regular maintenance.

Scott and Bob came and put a new patio cover on our raised deck for us. It is awesome! They do such good work and are so friendly to deal with. Scott came to our house and gave us an amazing qoute . He showed up when he said he would. Called us a few days ahead as he said he would so I could prep the house for him.( had to replace soffits and fascia) . I would definitely recommend him to everyone. Thanks again Scott and Bob!

Tried to connect with this company 6 times and 3 times we were told by Scott he would call us or drop by which he never did. Not impressed with the communication level at all, I’m not even sure what the product is like but we will be taking our business to a company that can actually communicate with their customers.

We just had a patio cover installed by Scott and Bob yesterday and I have to say they did a fantastic job and it was such a pleasure working with Scott right from the initial quote to completion. Price was great and job was done when he said they would do it. Cleaned up the work area completely. Would recommend them to everyone. Can’t say enough great things about Alcor Aluminum.Thanks again guys, great job.
