I cannot believe how horrible I've been treated by this place. Since May I have not had a lawn mower!!! Sears sent us there since it's under warranty still and after numerous attempts to get them to release my product they refuse to!!!!!! They are holding my lawn mower until Sears pays them. They are not allowed to do this!!!! I recommend NO ONE to ever go there and deal with the headaches like I have. My kids and my dog refuse to go out to my backyard. This is horrible. Save your time and go elsewhere with better customer service.

They repaired my old snowblower, and picked it up and returned it. Friendly service too, so I bought a Honda mower from them. They service the mower every Spring & do a fantastic job. Take it in in March tho; very busy!

Why does no one answer the phone?? 6 time the call was either timed out, or I was asked to hold - FOR A LONG TIME !!! I can't get answers as to what's happening with my machine after TWO WEEKS and all the lady says to me is; WE'RE BUSY HERE!!"This is the only EGO service center in the area

I did my research and decided on a Honda mower. After reading a lot of negative reviews, I thought I'd give GCL&L a chance. Called multiple times over a 2-hour period to ensure they had my model in stock but I didn't get an answer...no voicemail either. Apparently they went home early - or perhaps never opened - so they could have a 4-day weekend. You see, they are never open Saturday and Sunday when home owners need them...they value their time much more than your satisfaction. Went to Clares on Saturday and they treated me like I was buying a $20K Harley. Future Honda customers, go to Clares. GCL&L management, also go Clares to learn how it's done.

I am puzzled about this company. They are holding my lawnmower for more more than two months. The people are friendly when you get them on the phone. But, their business is subpar. They don't pickup the phone, they don't keep their promise to call back. Full review will come

Hi all, I know their customer service at the front isn't as warm as you may hope, but their mechanic Alex supported me quite well. I have a 10-year old Honda push mower, and I brought it in with multiple issues. I had previously brought it in to a competitor (two years ago) and many problems remained. Alex was able to bring this mower back to life and I can honestly say it works and looks like new. He took a lot of care, and I couldn't have asked for better service. You would be best to come in person, especially early in the year - they are swamped in the spring.

Called in just to get hung up on. Not too sure why, barely got a sentence out. Rude.

I brought my snow blower into this place about 3-4 weeks ago as mine was under warranty from Canadian Tire and besides it taking abit longer then expected due to back order it was a great place. Friendly people and I haven’t tried it yet to see it the Auger works well or not but I can’t complain. Thanks

Great i took my snowblower to be fixed brought machine home to clear the snow and it wouldn't go. So took it back and they fixed it right this time. Snow didn't stand a chance

Called looking for a replacement part for our lawn mower without knowing the actual part name and number. They helped me to locate all the numbers on the mower needed to identify the part. Luckily, it was in stock and we were able to pick it up, install it and finish cutting the lawn that same afternoon. Their knowledge and service was much appreciated.
