I Had EcoClear replace my living room and bedroom windows, they are very professional, very polite workers, on time, they do an awesome job , I would recommend them very highly , so if you need windows replaced don't hesitate to contact them

Had condensation on 1 pane of 5 in a Bow window. Got a few quotes, chose EcoClear Tech.Harvey was fast and efficient to come / quote - glass was ready sooner than expected... and the team he sent to install were great ! In and out in 20 minutes.Hope the product lives up to this now, and I will be seeing clearly for years to come !!

I had one window that was fogging and Eco Clear was contacted for an estimate to change/replace a double pane window. A previous company had quoted that I would need to change the whole window. However, Eco Clear said that wasn’t necessary and it would easily be fixed. The company was quick to communicate with and very responsive and professional. They were also very accommodating with my schedule. Harvey (Herve) was a pleasure to communicate with and the 2 technicians who came were quick, friendly and clean. I would definitely recommend and use their service again without hesitation.

We had damage to one window outside glass only due to the ice storm. Other companies wanted to change the entire frame but EcoClear changed the just the glass in 20 minutes today June 29, 2023. Tevin and his colleague were excellent and answered all of our questions. Extremely professional including Herve who measured inside and out for at least 30 plus minutes before ordering the window glass. Why change entire windows and frames when EcoClear can just change the glass inluding low E Argon gas at very competitive prices. Thanks Herve and Tevin.

I would recommend Ecoclear Technology 100%. They replaced 2 casement windows, one was cracked and another was fogged beyond repair. This is a great option if your window frame is still in good shape and doesn't need to be replaced. If I could give more stars, I would. Great experience with this company and I would highly recommend them.

Started to deal with Ecoclear in 2021, job still not complete - some windows are still not functioning/can’t open or close them.Hope you are not expecting me to pay you at this point.

Took forever to get the replacement windows. They finally came, and instead of white trim like the rest of the house, they installed dark brown. They tried to make us believe white is a special order, and we should have specified. Logic had no place in that comment. Finally, they agreed to change them. After close to a year, I contacted them to see what was happening and to let them know that the windows they changed were the ONLY ones that had frosted over. And sent them pictures of the inside seam that was pulling away from frame. They sent someone to chaulk around the frame, which wasn't the problem. They wanted to seal the windows to the house. Finally gave up. Will change the garbage they installed by new company in the spring. Bad product, no follow up on guarantee and excuses that made no sense.

The effect is not good and there is no integrity. Please don't do business with them.I'm a user of Ecoclear Technology. They cleaned and maintained the windows, but it didn't work. What's more disappointing is that the plugs on many windows fell out soon after their completion, and the rain leaked between the two layers of glass, and the windows began to mildew.In July 2022, I took photos and sent them an email. They told me that they would arrange someone to repair it soon. But I didn't get in touch until September. I contacted them again, and they told me that the maintenance would be arranged in October, but by October, no one appeared. I contacted them again and they told me that they had a big project and were very busy. In this way, until 2023, no one came for maintenance.I hope my experience can remind you to avoid losses.

We have 10 of our windows defogged last year in May. It was nicely done. However lately we noticed some plastic sealing caps were missing. So I called the office and a gentleman call Harvey quickly return my call and promised to get it fixed. Next day I can say within 24 hours, someone already came and have them perfectly replaced. They REALLY live up to their 10 years warranty!!! Trust worthy. I should give them more then 5 stars, or FIVE STARS PLUS.

Got some window panes replaced in the old frames, reassembling the frames was a mess, I am left with sharp corners and badly fitting edges. “It’s the best they could do”. Today I saw that corners of frames opened up and you can actually look through to the outside. So what good is replacing the panes? Isolation is worse than before. One window was delivered with wrong measurements, they ordered a new one but it was never installed. They also promised to replace a broken latch (for free, to be kind), but it stayed at the promise. They never held their promise.
