Awesome place to rent cars from.The best manager (Ali) who took care of me and hooked me up and also gave me discount. Would highly recommend renting from here.They have good selections of cars which other companies don't offer.No need to worry about traveling within Ontario because they give unlimited KM on all their vehicles.They also offer shuttle services for pickup and dropoff even if they are really busy.

I would give zero star because they are just fake they did my reservations confirmation and when I reached there to pick up truck they told me sorry it’s not available someone just took it before you. I mean seriously I drive all the way Toronto to Mississauga bcoz of my confirm status and now you are saying not available. So disgusting service.

Needed a vehicle late on a Sat as I my vehicle broke down. They came and picked me up…gave me a great deal and I was quickly on my way. Much respect to how they looked after me to get me in my way quickly

Best experience, my car was very clean and the service was amazing, Luke helped me last minute with a reservation, and Ali helped me get the keys and paper work done quickly. Overall 10/10, best rental company I've worked with.

Rent from Budget or Hertz you'll get unlimited drive. This place is not it. Hidden fees and Extra charges plus payments for kilometers. You will regret the service from customer service.

The truck i got from them was in terrible condition. I got sick the next day after driving that pice of ####. It literally smelled like cigarettes and thrash. Look at the pictures and see if this vehicle was any how in rent able condition. I was sent there from dealership (not by choice). I was told to either take it or leave. Their customer service is also worst. Rude and unprofessional. Zero stars.

Few months ago I rented a car from Advantage car and truck rentals through Ali. My personal car was going to be down for a couple a days but ended up taking a month plus waiting on back ordered parts. I was quoted $45 per day plus tax by Ali which was for a standard size car. At the time of pick up he only had a minivan so I ended up getting a larger vehicle than intended. Fast forward a month plus, I received the invoices where to my shock, I was charged $60 a day for the minivan, and $45 a day when I swapped into a smaller car 3 weeks into my rental but after i noticed, for the last 2 weeks of my rental I was charged $80 for the smaller vehicle which shouldhve been half that price. Ali told me his head office jumped in and increased the prices because they found Ali’s pricing was too cheap. Regardless of what is cheap and what is not, I was told one price, I signed the contract with that price. It is extremely unfair and unprofessional of how the price was changed with out my consent and charging me something i did not commit to, I am beyond disappointed and angry how a company can operate in this manner. Would not recommend anyone to rent from them.Update***Ali and Luke have went out of their way to resolve this issue very professionally. Yet to this date i don’t understand why the Advantage head office went into my file increased the price when the price was set. And To do this day none of the employees/managers from Advantage’s head office have reached out to me to make sure my situation was rectified. Ali payed me the difference out of his own pocket as he understands what was done to me wasn’t right. The branch did a amazing job rectifying this, but I can’t say the same for their head office who should be the ones setting a higher standard for their customers.

They were incredibly helpful after an accident, and when dropping off the rental again later on. Helpful, patient, and willing to shuttle me around. Will use again.

Ali was so good, treated me like family, blessed me with a brand new elantra. Couldn't be more happier. Will be sending my friends and family here.
