They were super fast at figuring out my problem in an older JDM vehicle which doesn't provide much for diagnostics.My previous mechanic had the vehicle for 2 weeks and didn't figure it out. I brought it over to Power Tune and they fixed it within an hour. Amazing!My entire experience with Power Tune was great and I will definitely be going back to them in the future!Update: I really don’t understand the bad reviews. Everyone at Power Tune is amazing and super friendly. I continue to have great experiences with them and they go above and beyond!Update again: Another visit, another amazing experience! Always going above and beyond and just such great people!Third update: the most reliable shop I've ever experienced. I find the negative reviews incredibly surprising and hard to believe. This is a family run shop with nothing but great, honest people!

The owners are very nice and honest people. The labour fee is much cheaper than the other repair shops. We always take our cars Power tune & brake.

Karim and Katie and glib are very honest and hardworking family, I have been taking my car here for over 10 years now. Good rates and honest, They work on my different Mercedes , brothers Audi and Parents porsche and have been satisfied since day one!, Having a bad mechanic is worst than a dentist , atleast you can tell how your teeth feel!!! I would trust my car with them any day. Honesty is key

-Their hourly rate is lower than others (if you pay cash)-Cost of parts a bit lower (if you pay cash).-If your (reconditioned) part fails, you're up the creekWhy? There is no dated invoice. Just a sheet with some scrawled part and hourly rates for the under the table work you just had done. NO DATES! NO PAID" on the invoice.That said

3 years ago they changed my rear brake calipers, brake pads and rotors. They told me the parts they put on were high quality. Took the car on the highway and there was an intense wobble. Pulled over to the side of the highway and some of the lug nuts on the rear wheels were loose. Left it back at the mechanic and they took it out for a test drive and didn't notice anything" but suddenly no more wobble. Within months the outside of the calipers were fully rusted over. A few years later now and the calipers and rotors are already completely seized up with rust

I was recommended to go to this place by a friend of mine a few years ago. Last week I needed major work doing on my car and went to Power Tune & Brake for the 2nd time in 2 years.What can I say, these are good honest people that will do their best to fix your car. It's a family business, and they rely on repeat customers, so I think you'll get an honest deal. I waited in the reception area for a while and I noticed they have a lot of repeat customers coming in, which they all seemed to know by name.I appreciate their honesty, and also their ability to get you out of a jam if you need them in an emergency. I'm a bit of a mechanic myself, and when I looked at the work they did, it all looked good. Great guys.Try them.

Had a great experience with Power Tune. Huge thank you to Katie for getting me in to get my truck serviced so last minute and being flexible with the time.Galib and Karim did an amazing job putting on new front and back brakes, also checking my transmission, oil change and changing my cabin filter. They were honest and transparent throughout the whole process about pricing, timing and if there's anything else they found that may need servicing at a different time.Galib also took my truck out for a test drive to make sure it was good to go. I thought there was an issue with my transmission, but they assured me that it was perfectly fine... another shop would have probably tried to sell me on a transmission flush or some kind of transmission repair regardless of whether or not it was necessary so I really respected and appreciated their honesty.I've been looking for a new Mechanic shop for a couple of years since my trusty mechanic retired, and I am SO happy to say I found my new truck doctors.Competitive pricing, great and friendly service... I even got a Christmas gift as I was leaving.THANK YOU SO MUCH, Katie, Karim and Galib!

The ugliest customer services which I had.A terrible attitude to the customer property.A company Power Tile & Brakes Shop do not appreciate its regular customer.My friend recommends me this company. I have used their services twice. First time was more or less, but second one was nightmare. Judge for yourself. I was extremely surprised when 22/08/2020 a manager Katie Jamal called me and said my car was evacuated from a road. Because Power Tune & Brakes Shop parked my car on the road where there is a parking limit. First my car was parked on a Power Tune & Brakes Shop’s parking place. By prior agreement with them. Taking my car from the parking lot, I found out that it was taken off the road 2020/08/20 because the car there stood for more than 72 hours.-Without the knowledge of the owner, my car was parked to on the street, where there is a parking limit.-Did not inform the me about the change of parking space of my car.-Left my car on the street completely open. All the car doors were open.-During relocated the car, was started its engine on emergency vehicle with a damaged oil system. This has resulted in the release of oil from the engine system and damage to the generator and possibly other problems that may appear in the process of further operation the car.- Power Tune & Brakes Shop Refused to take any responsibility.- The company did not try to resolve this conflict.Now decide for yourself, whether you can trust such a company.
