After living here for 3 months I’ve noticed the hot water supply is reduced during the hours between 12-7am and results in luke warm showers and very little hot water in the uni between that time. Do not live here!!!!

Absolute garbage architecture. Would never advise anyone to buy in one of their buildings.

Stay away from anything with their name on it . I bought one of their units in Aura and read about the terrible things online about that building . Everything they used is legacy and old outdated by the time we got the keyI had to spend 4000k just on AC that multiple people said its outdated before 2014 and that's the date I actually got the keyWater issues causing the entire building to go without water and that's due to again outdated stuff that hard to find parts forI have talked to other owners and they have the same problems ranging from elevators breaking all the time to most recent replacing door hinges that didn't pass safety.These guys are trying things as they go and maybe one day they will be good , but in the process they caused trouble for many ownersStay away

Poor set up and not friendly building for people with special needs, mothers with strollers, or simply anyone who can't do stairs or use the escalators. Washrooms are on bottom level of the mall, and one has to walk far to get to the elevator to go to level down where they are located. So if entering from Bay St. & College to do your shopping and you need to use the washroom before or during your shopping, you need to walk all the way to another side to use elevator that takes you down to where Govt. office is and other major stores that's where the public washrooms are. Sometimes they are even closed on Saturdays. There are places on street level that I came to shop such as Pharma Plus drug store and Sobeys grocery store and neither of them have any washrooms available for their customers. Very difficult and frustrating. It is very inconvenient and not acceptable that whoever planned this part of College Park (I believe it is CANDAREL) and spent a lot of money on the recent renovations did not come with better and more efficient plan.

Terrible company, care nothing for their tenants.
