Budget Blinds of Utica is a top-notch, customer oriented business. When you work with David, you’re working with the owner, not a middleman. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.The turnaround time from measurement to installation was very quick. The blinds were actually here earlier than promised.I live in Utica, NY and will be working with David is the future.I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Utica!

I Recently had David Bishop come into our home and install blinds. I will attach photos below. David was professional and superior to work with . After just building a home , this writer has been working with multiple contractors and David was one of the EASIEST , most knowledgable, and very kind. My husband was not involved in this project, I felt respected as a woman & my ideas were heard. I will be working with Budget Blinds in the future. Budget blinds calls you you back & do what they say they are going to the first time. SO EASY & the finished product is awesome!

Budget Blinds of Utica
Had a wonderful experience with Budget Blinds. I worked with David and he was fabulous. I was able to get an appointment the day I called and he helped me figure out what blinds would look best in my home. Once my order came in, David installed them in less than an hour. He took time out of his weekend to install for me due to a busy week he had ahead. Consumer service from David and Budget Blinds is definitely a 5 star for me.

We have had a wonderful experience with David Bishop of Budget Blinds of Utica. We purchased our home about 4 years ago, and undertaken a massive renovation, one we hadn't expected. Within that reno, we had 3 separate stages of window replacements, and the need for some type of window treatment coverage. These windows were all focal points" of the spaces and we wanted to showcase them and provide privacy at the same time

Very professional, courteous and returned phone calls promptly. Everything window was accurately measured, installation was perfect. My experience with another company in another state did not go anywhere near this well. Would highly recommend David and Budget Blinds of Utica!

David provided excellent customer service and he was a pleasure to work with during the entire process from consultation to installation.David has great communication skills and he stayed in close contact from start to finish. He was easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner.David conducted himself in a professional manner at all times, and he even completed the project ahead of schedule and on budget.I would absolutely use Budget Blinds again, and I am pleased to offer this recommendation without reservation.
