Groundhog Landscaping LTD

We had our spring irrigation serviced by Groundhog Landscaping and was pleasantly surprised by all the information that we received. We were serviced by Angelo who had extraordinary customer relation skills. He went beyond our expectations, explaining in detail how the whole system works.

After being forced by the City of Toronto to remove the artificial turf from our front yard we contacted Groundhog Landscaping to see if they could help us come up with an alternative front yard that would require very little maintenance. Groundhog Landscaping exceeded my expectations in every way. They came prepared with various options for us to discuss and came up with a design that made us super happy. Their expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction are unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend Groundhog Landscaping to anyone in need of landscaping services. Very pleased with the work done on our property. Dealt with Kyle who provided sage advice and did a tremendous job with the sprinkler system design. I was impressed by the extra mile Kyle and his crew went to more than once as they went about their work. Great support from the office (Justina) as well. Recommended.

We were fortunate to have Groundhog Landscaping crew do the irrigation and lighting on our property. Fabio and Steve plus other crew members were professional, perfectionist and proficient! They were receptive to our needs and took the time to address all our queries. We are thrilled with the end result.

The entire team at Groundhog Landscaping was exceptional from start to finish! Our initial contact was with Kyle and he was able to accommodate our immediate deadline which was such a relief. He juggled his schedule and sent his #1 team (Manny and Luis) who arrived exactly on time and wrapped up within a couple of hours. They were all very friendly, super efficient, and so accommodating. Veronica was also very proactive with her email correspondence and paperwork! As for their workmanship, they removed 30+ years of vines that were like trees smothering our dilapidated garage. They cleaned up all the waste and debris and left our yard immaculate. We highly recommend Groundhog Landscaping and will definitely be using them again!

If you need an irrigation company do not use groundhog because they are looking to make sales. By the end when their finished you’ll end up broke. There are other really good companies with a better price and can do the job properly. Stay away of Groundhog and keep your money, they will do anything and everything to charge you a couple hundred more, and since they know they will be overcharging they’ll make you sign in the middle of the job. Be aware. I prefer not to even hear the name, I'll feel better

We have used Groundhog for residential snow removal for many years, and sometimes for fall and spring cleanups, and have been very satisfied with their hard work, reliability and quality of service. They are somewhat pricey, though, and they charge by the season. I certainly could hire someone much more cheaply on a one off basis, but I might be waiting for days for them to show up, whereas I know Groundhog's hard working crew will be there soon after the snow stops, so it's worth paying the extra insurance"."

10/10 - Great experience, service and results. Super scary trying to find the right landscaping partner but after I spoke with Kyle about my project, I knew I would only want to work with him. More than other companies I spoke to, he was patient and interested in making sure I was happy rather than just quoting and doing the work. As the work started, he was communicating clearing timelines and his team were all very polite and took pride in their work. That has a huge impact on the result. Overall, was pleased from start to end - have had numerous people over complementing the workmanship. I continue to have Kyle help me transform my landscape. Thank you very much!!!!

What a great experience we have had using Groundhog. They have been taking care of our property for years before we bought it. We decided to stay with them as we have their irrigation system, and they have been so helpful in guiding us with our sprinklers and landscaping. Kyle helped guide us with our lawn and provided us tips to help get it started. We appreciated that so much as this is our first house, and first summer dealing with a lawn!On another note, our irrigation system was upgraded by Zak and his team lead by Fab. This spring Zak was sent to us to set up our irrigation for the upcoming months. During this set up, he provided us with so many different options and upgrades that we could do to help us save money as we use the irrigation for the summer months. With our system being a lot older, we knew if we upgraded it and set it up properly it would help us with the cost later. One thing I appreciated most from both Zak and Kyle was there was never an obligation, and they understood budgeting....becuade everyone has a budget. As Zak helped us before, during and even after updating, he became a part of our family. THe ease to talk to him and get a hold of him was comforting, all staff were helpful and answered any and all questions. When we had a problem he or his team would come and fix or rectify the problem as soon as they could that same day!We will continue to use groundhog for all our lawn needs!Thank you to all the Groundhog family!
