Store itself has some high quality merchandise but they lack customer service. To be more precise I was there to see if they got any deals on sport blazer, upon inquiring my concern with the store employee I was told that if i am looking for cheap stuff then thats not the place. I was amazed to see her response And on top of that she treated me like i am there to beg not to buyWill never ever go there in my life again and make sure to refrain at least my friends and family not to go there

Exceptional customer service from Kameron and Samar. The employees in this store know how to treat a customer right. I found a great winter coat and pants for 90 per cent off the sales price. Even if there was no sale, I would of bought something just because of the amazing customer service. I will definitely return.

Had an amazing experience today with Aysha. She helped me find a dress pant and sport jacket combo for an up coming family wedding. She knew my exact size and showed me some beautiful options. I went to this store to buy some dress socks on 4 June 2022 at 11:45am. The man behind the counter couldn’t have been more rude. He first eyeballed me when I walked in from head to toe and rolled his eyes. I ignored and went and got the socks I wanted. While paying, he throws the card machine onto the counter towards me and then goes to throw the bag at me when I completed the payment. As a person in management for Customer Service, this would have to be the worst experience I have ever encountered. I don’t know if it was racially motivated or he was just having a bad day but nevertheless, shouldn’t have happened. Terrible. Never coming back here again.

Went looking for a dress shirt and pants for a wedding the next day. Was satisfied with the merchandise I bought. Kameron was extremely helpful in suggesting and providing what I was looking for. Definitely will be back when I'm in need of a new casual and formal clothing.

I can not say enough positive things about the service I received at this location. John and Aysha were life savers. I flew in Toronto from the states for a wedding and United lost my bag that had all of my clothes and Tuxedo in it. I walked in on Sunday and was able to find some clothes for the rehearsal dinner and in casual conversation mentioned my predicament and that I may be back to buy a suit if my bag didn't show up in time. I walked in roughly an hour and a half before the ceremony, John remembered me and immediately got to work trying to get me sorted with something presentable. Aysha was super helpful with helping me find other local places to gather the other things I would need (shoes, hair stylist, etc.) They were even able to get me a tailor down the road who could do alterations immediately to my clothing. While my trip to Canada may have been a wash, these two super kind and helpful people were a breath of fresh air in a stressful situation and I could not have pulled off this nearly impossible task without them. Thank you

Awful!!!I'm so disappointed - I came here to purchase some dress pants and shirts for my other half. I was appalled with the customer service or lack of it should I say! I came in and walked around for about 5 minutes before I greeted the female employee working. I expressed to her that I needed some assistance choosing items and what sizes I needed. She was blunt, rude and downright ignorant with her responses. I put back the items I had picked up and left. I won't be back!!
