Ok so? How do I say this this place isn't worth it very bad !!!!!Went September 2016(the9th)They started to get soft and cracking by the 15th I'm a type of person who keeps they 3 weeks even 4 when I push it loll .. I did acrylic like usual and I went on vacation one week and by the 3rd day the nail polish started coming off loll and by the 4rd day they started they started getting soft and just fell off aloneNever going back to this place ... Not worth the money at allThank you

Very rude. I bite my nails sometimes and they judged me the whole time. I called before to find out the price it was 40 but it was time to pay. N it was 55 bc it's new. But I didn't ask for the new one I asked for the old one. I also asked to do a curtain colour n they didn't even paint it that colour. Very disappointing.

I went there a couple of times for shellac on my natural nails. I'll be honest the service wasn't bad for 20$ and it is quite a deal. But I recently went to their salon on Wednesday Sept 26 for shellac and the girl who did my nails did not do a proper job. Two of my nails had small cut but not completely damaged. I had gotten my nails fixed before and it was done properly. But this time, the girl did not do it properly. She only applied the gel and powder on the cut and did not put extra effort for properly drying it or putting it under the UV light to fix it on a whole. Moreover, while doing my nails, she was looking outside and watching TV which I found very unprofessional. The next day, the cuts were back. I went back to the salon to fix them and they said that they will charge 10$ extra to fix TWO NAILS. It was their fault and they tried giving me lame excuses to defend themselves. This was definitely my last time there. I rather pay extra money and get a proper job done on my nails.

It's very nice and pleasant. Very gentle and care for customers. Owners couple are cheerfull and care for customers. I was very happy with my nails work. Price was reasonable. I would recommend this place. I love this place my nails look awesome Everytime I come here. Very well done

Perfect nails ! They have tons of colors and styles ! Plus is a familial business sooo there's an amazing energy ! The owner give awesome hand massage and her service is good! I recommend .

I've been to this salon a few times over the last year and they have always done a decent job. Not great but not terrible for the price. Recently I went to do a simple gel manicure with NO tip extensions and clear polish but I was charged almost DOUBLE of what I used to pay for the same service before the pandemic. Not to mention, I was never told of the raise in price before the appointment. Never coming back to this salon again.

If i could rate this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to do my nails with regular nail polish only to have the owner ask me to pay halfway through, to which I obliged despite it being weird to do so. The staff was in such a rush they didn't leave my nails to dry between coats which caused the nail polish to peel off right away once they were finished. When I pointed it out to the owner she LAUGHED and said it was normal and that I would have to be careful with my nails. No refund, no apology she simply took off the polish and sent me on my way with half of it still lingering on.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO THE ONE TWO BLOCKS DOWN INSTEAD.
